This is a bday gift for a lil miss that told me the only thing she's "EVER" wanted (LOL) was for me to make her a skirt with a doggie on it - SHE WILL FLIP when she see's this!

I love the volume!!! The doggie fabric is one of my favs that u use. I especially love the bone so dog gone cute
hahaha cute. She'll go on doggie overload. I'm sure she'll be super duper excited.
