but ive been creating - ive just been filling orders and working on gails cowl - i didnt post pics of the orders b/c it was duplicates of things ive made before - but I did do a tutorial tonight. A long time ago a woman who had retired from a sewing factory showed me how they construct pants in the factory - it was SO much easier than the pattern instructions and ive used it for years - so I decided to share it PANTS TUTORIAL

Day 199 Part Deux
I originally wanted to put red buttons on this but then I came across these Alice in Wonderland buttons on Etsy and I ordered them. My buttonholes are ugly.

Day 198 - In Progress
150 down (shipped today) and who knows how many more to go. The boxes look the same, full, as if I did nothing. Yay for business but my word it's a lot of work

Day 196 & 197 Cinnamon Bun Rings
I have to wait for ring bases to come in to finish these. I think these are starting to get more realistic. At least my frosting technique :) These actually have a light cinnamon-vanilla scent.

Day 195 Cookie plushie
Made of felt. I always love all of the felt food that I see. It was a race with my headache to see who would win. I finished this small project...now my migraine is sending me to sleep. Good night people.

Day 194 WOW A busy night :)
This is the most productive night I've had in a long time!
A co-worker saw my whale pocket the other day and wanted one. Haaaaa I smeared the tag when I was crediting the wonderful Lia...has anyone seen my sharpie?
Crayon pouch for Matt's other lil one. Now the package is complete :)
Some cuppy beads. I'm still experimenting. the frosting is not clay. I'm not sure if it is stable enough to actually hold up as jewelry....we shall see. It's pretty though.
Pink Bubblegum ring (custom order) is almost dry :) , the chocolate chip cookie dough ring will be listed in my shop soon as the newest Guurrrl Sundae flavor YUM
This Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich ring is drying and will also be appearing in the shop soon :) (I added more "ice cream" from last night. I didn't think it was full enough. I also thought it had too many sprinkles)
Custom peep ring drying. I actually think I got too much "sugar" on here. It may be a do over.
Well that's it for tonight.

Day 192 Spaceship fail
My friend and 365 Day Creation Challenge follower Matt's lil guy broke his leg this week! OWIE So tonight I sketched out an idea to make him a spaceman plushie to put in the mail. This was my idea.
This is what I ended up with...
LOL....not exactly what I had in mind...go ahead and have a chuckle. The only thing that I really liked was his wings.

Another apron
Both sides. I'm not finished. Still have to close the neck and top-stitch entire apron. My flowers arrived so I may be MIA for a brief spell. My brother's wife also wants me to make 6 dresses for her daughter. *faints* I don't even know when she is going to get that!

UGH...Another project gone wrong
One side is corduroy, the other is flannel like that piece you see on the corduroy side. Don't ask what that is either because I don't know. I also added some batting in the middle. Well you know me miss no measure and just cut cut cut. Well something is off. I will deal with it tomorrow and try to fix I'm too tired. Pins all over the place LOL.

First attempt at this:
I used some pretty fabric that Renee had given me to make these 20 tote bags to be donated to the womens shelter. H's club will be filling them with toiletries and taking them. They will also be taking teddy bears for the children.

I hope this counts. I am tackling some cuts of fabric. All of these are in the wash as I type. I already have some darks in the dryer. Then I'll be ironing.

A freebie LOL
I have a tiny end of the fabric from the apron left so it was turned into this.
I think I could probably get another one out the scraps that's left over.

Day 185 & 186 Designs and Tees
Yesterday I painted the designs from last week as watercolors. Tonight I transferred a few of them to Tees. Let me tell you I am sooooooo upset that the Sweetie-Pi (my favorite) got ruined when I hit the design with the hot iron and smeared it across the Tee. It now resides in the trash. I'll definitely make another one some time this week. I printed these on toddler T's (2T-3T)

Day 184
Mr. C helped me make a light tent. My shop is having a makeover :) I've been working on photos all night. I felt really good until I realized that I forgot to shoot an entire box. Oh well I'll get to that tomorrow. Also all of the clothing that I pressed and shot tonight came out horrible so I will try it again tomorrow.
Here are a a couple that I really liked.

Half Apron gone wrong
I've held on to this for months. I had such high hopes for this piece of cloth but the flounce isn't sitting well probably because I made my own bias with the polka dot and it was a little too stiff? Not sure but I don't even know if I want to complete it. I'm just so disappointed. Boooo...
