I took Michael's Basic Fritter Batter:
4 ounces flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
then added 4 ounces milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon cumin
dash of cayenne

mixed then added
organic frozen peas

I poured canola oil into a nonstick frying pan and heated it pretty hot.
Dropped by spoonful and cooked until brown on both sides.

These were YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will want to try them.
