This striped fabric is the same that I used to make the flat piping on the Tea Party dress.

I cut out the pieces tonight for the sailboat skirt. It will be made of the dots from both the Ice cream dress and the tea party dress. The pockets will be made out of the same bubblegum pink.

I just love the style of that blouse. It looks so comfortable! I think the skirt in those dots will look so good.
P.S. I got the cutest fabrics when I went to IKEA I have to do a post on it. Because when my husband was looking through our bank account and saw the charge he was a bit confused LOL hahah
