Day 138 Salad and Fish
YUMMO Mixed Greens topped with grape tomatoes, avacado, and sauteed white onion. Lightly dressed with tsp olive oil, tsp lemon juice, pepper & sea salt. Served with broiled tilapia (seasoned with cayenne, dry mustard, and garlic powder.
Since the 12th I have now ridden 115.4 miles and lost.... 8 pounds :D
