I thought up an idea for making 'whip cream' ruffles on the serger - so this was the trial - LOVE IT! I'm gonna wash it and see if it makes a soft fringe around the edges - Amber sent me the base fabric and the ruffles are made from vintage eyelet that I found at a yard sale ♥ Im calling it my cuppy skirt.

Ha, ha I was so going to tell you this makes me want a piece of cake piled high with frosting....a really big piece of wedding cake!!
